In the event of a weather emergency i.e. power outage, inclement weather etc. resulting in Premier closure, classes will be re-scheduled. The General Manager will determine if Premier will close or limit their hours of operations.
In-store classes may be rescheduled or refunded up to 24 hours in advance. Within less than 24 hours, all classes can be rescheduled for a $25.00 fee – within 24 hours of the class, without payment of this fee, your initial registration fee will no longer be refundable nor will it transfer to another class date. If you need to cancel or reschedule for any reason, please call 513 342-5840 and specify class name and date you would like to reschedule. This does not apply to the purchases of online classes – there are no refunds for online training purchases. Any in-person requirement or portion of an online class purchase may be rescheduled with proper notification as noted above.
The General Manager & Administrative Team reserves the right to make exceptions to and or alter this policy at their sole discretion.
