Program Overview

We provide tailored wellness programming for organizations and individuals, ensuring our services meet the unique needs of our clientele. Our mission is to enhance quality of life through a diverse range of health and fitness programs, including group exercise classes, personal training, stress reduction techniques, and interactive wellness presentations. Our team of highly qualified, passionate, and dedicated fitness professionals is committed to helping others thrive in a safe, positive, and supportive environment.

Services

Group Exercise Classes: We offer a variety of fitness styles, including Yoga, Pilates, Strength Conditioning, Chair Workouts, and more.

Personal Training: Our one-on-one or small group training sessions are customized to your specific goals, challenges, and abilities. Trainers design and adapt programs based on your progress, needs, and preferences. Sessions and packages are fully customizable.

Wellness Presentations: These engaging and educational sessions provide valuable insights into various health and fitness topics. We cover areas such as sports nutrition, stress reduction, desk exercises, gut health, guided imagery, better sleep, and goal setting, debunking myths and expanding knowledge through interactive discussions.

Jen – Wellness Director

With over 30 years in the health and fitness industry and more than 20 years of experience running her women-owned small wellness business, Jen brings both expertise and passion to guiding others on their wellness journey.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Health Promotion and Education from the University of Cincinnati and is a former ACE-certified personal trainer. Jen has completed numerous continuing education courses and has earned several YMCA certifications, including Personal Fitness Program Director, Principles of YMCA Health and Fitness, Get Real Weight Management Instructor, and Strength Training Instructor.

Paige Thatcher

BSEd, E-RYT 500, YACEP Certified Meditation Educator, Ayurvedic Health Educator and ARPF Brain Longevity Specialist

Paige Thatcher has been a dedicated yoga practitioner for over 15 years and a yoga instructor for the past 5 years. She holds multiple certifications, including Yoga Therapist C-IAYT, E-RYT 500, YACEP, Certified Meditation Educator, Ayurvedic Health Educator, and ARPF Brain Longevity Specialist. Paige earned a bachelor’s degree in secondary education and is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) and Yoga. Her true passion lies in teaching, and she finds joy in imparting her extensive knowledge to others. When not in the yoga studio, Paige can be found enjoying the great outdoors with her dogs.
